Hire Potential & Employers: How can we help?
We help employers with pre-screening, on site consultation, and follow up support. We do our best to create mutually beneficial relationships. We want our clients to be hired for their abilities. There are many benefits to hiring individuals with intellectual disabilities. When our clients are hired, this often results in high work attendance and dedication, lower turnover, higher productivity and initiative. This also helps improve economic development and creates positive change in our community.
Hire Potential is part of a non-profit organization that assists individuals with intellectual disabilities with finding employment opportunities. We also assist local employers to find capable workers to maintain a profitable work situation. We can provide information, orientation, and training on ways to successfully include employees with intellectual disabilities. We also offer on-site consultation with managers, supervisors, and employees, on ways to train and accommodate individuals with intellectual disabilities.
